Agnes von dem Hagen

As a Director at Infrastructure Ontario, Agnes has acted as in-house counsel on a variety of Ontario’s P3 social and civil infrastructure projects and certain unique commercial and special projects on behalf of the Province. She has been the lead legal advisor on the following projects: Ottawa LRT; Nuclear Procurement Project; 407 East Phase 2 and; McMaster Children’s Health Centre projects. Prior to joining Infrastructure Ontario in 2012, Agnes practiced corporate and commercial law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP in the Business, Infrastructure/P3 and Construction Groups, and completed secondments at Ontario Power Generation and Infrastructure Ontario. Agnes has a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Geology from McGill University. Agnes has also participated in an international exchange to the National University of Singapore. In her spare time, Agnes enjoys volunteering her time with Young Leaders in Infrastructure, by mentoring and advising the next generation’s leaders and canoeing her summers away raising funds for children to attend summer camp for an organization called Amici.
