Divya has over 12 years of experience in project financing and developing public infrastructure projects through her various roles at Infrastructure Ontario and Manulife Financial. In her last role, she was SVP of Transaction Finance at IO where she structured and negotiated a variety of large and complex P3, commercial and real estate transactions.
Divya is currently a Senior Director with the Investments team at Canada Infrastructure Bank. In her role, she is responsible for advising, sourcing, evaluating, developing and executing infrastructure investment opportunities in Canada.
Divya is a CFA® charterholder and has her MBA from the University of Toronto—Rotman School of Management.
Divya is a Steering Committee member and Head of Communications for the Women’s Infrastructure Network, Toronto Chapter.
