Linda Andal

Linda is a long-term employee of the City of Saskatoon. Over her career she has provided key strategic leadership in support of the implementation of several infrastructure initiatives across the organization. Linda’s contributions in support of dozens of City projects as part of the Building Canada Program (2004-2014) were critical to the success of these initiatives. More recently, Linda has undertaken a leadership role as Project Director of the City’s Civic Operations Centre P3 project, and has successfully navigated the project through several challenges over the course of procurement and execution. In this role she has led the City’s first P3 project from conception to conclusion and has successfully managed many stakeholders, from residents, employees that will be re-located to this facility, to City Council and the City senior leadership team, builders and internal construction team. In addition, Linda has played a lead role on the financial team of the City’s North Commuter Parkway and Traffic Bridge P3 project. Prior to working on the Civic Operations Centre Project, Linda led the City’s Land Department through a significant structural change. Linda is a Certified Management Accountant and has a Certified Public Private Partnership Specialist designation from IP3.
