Lou Serafini Jr. joined Fengate in 1995 and became CEO in 2002. He is responsible for the overall leadership and vision for the firm.
With a commitment to top tier client service, Lou has built a best in class team to work closely with Fengate’s valued investors and the firm’s industry partners. He spearheads Fengate’s Investment Committee and he sits on the Board of the General Partners to each fund.
In 2010, Lou established the Fengate Community Foundation Fund, a $1 million grant in support of numerous charitable organizations. He is a regular supporter and committee member for a broad range of charitable events and, most recently, acted as Co-Chair for the St. Joseph Hospital Foundation’s annual fundraising gala.
