Marie-Liesse Marc is Vice President of Acquisitions and Asset Management at Vantage Airport Group. She is responsible for developing and leading Vantage’s growth initiatives, including the identification, evaluation and negotiation of new airport investments. Ms. Marc is also responsible for overseeing the active asset management of our global airport network.
Ms. Marc has extensive experience negotiating, investing and financing complex public-private partnership frameworks, having worked on more than ten P3 projects over the last ten years. This includes the $US4 billion LaGuardia Central Terminal B Redevelopment Project, where she led Vantage’s equity investment review process as well as the project’s contractual and financial structuring. More broadly, her expertise in the infrastructure sector spans a wide range of assets and jurisdictions, with experience in Canada, the United States and the United Arab Emirates.
Prior to joining Vantage, Marie served as a Senior Vice President with Macquarie Capital, where she was responsible for the development and financing of large scale infrastructure projects with a focus on P3s.
Ms. Marc was recently awarded "Emerging Leader 2017" by Women's Infrastructure Network Canada. Education is France, she holds a Master of Science in Business and Finance.
