2023 BC WIN Fall Event
We are pleased to feature a panel presentation discussing collaborative project relationships and their connection to project success – we will discuss project teams as the “X factor” on projects and current research supporting a renewed focus on relationships and collaborative behavior in infrastructure projects. We will also discuss the introduction of Collaborative Behavioral Assessments (CBA) into the BC infrastructure marketplace as a procurement tool.
