We will compare and contrast the two procedures and consider their benefits and disadvantages. We will also provide an insight into using the FIDIC Dispute Adjudication Board process through a case study of a live project. The webinar will conclude with an overview of how dispute resolution procedures are continuing to develop and adapt.
